This project is dear to my heart because I needed to journey down the road of self-love after the ending of a horrible relationship. I needed to remember what loving myself felt like. Too much time had passed when I was allowing someone to give me breadcrumbs when I know I deserve the entire loaf. Through my self-love journey, I learned how to ‘bake my own’ so that I Never accept less than my worth ever again. The transformation keeps me in awe. I'm grateful for the lessons because they cultivated blessings.
I composed 'The Self-Love Journal' to help those who struggle with loving themselves fully. Whether you left a relationship, struggle with saying no, or give a little to much; self-love allows you to love yourself a little more in the areas you've given out to others. Re-Learning that you set the precedent of how others love you opened my eyes to a lot. Unlearning trauma behaviors has caused a transformation within me that leaves me in constant awe! I'm still on my journey, It is still a work in progress. Are you ready to journey with me?

Visualize your life as you dream of it. Write it down as if you are already past the finish line.. Think of your life once your achieve your goals. Think of what it feels like to attain your desires. It is already yours.
No matter what stage you are in life, speak good things over yourself. Affirm that you are worth the love you give and that you are worthy of reaching your goals. Speak as if it IS yours. When you speak positively over your life, watch how the abundance pours in. It is already yours
